Chances
"Where the beautiful things are there, recognisable as such, as indicators of genetic potential,
nature has, once again, be betrayed.
And the artificial reconstruction of beauty is deception, of the other and themselves, and leads to ultimate failure."
A theatre play complemented by filmed parts
A film, captured and extracted from time, in perpetuity identical to itself, by nature fictional, reflects on the communality of the experiences, while theatre and it's intrinsic nuanced connotations, is dynamic and captures the necessity of a spontaneous reaction.
no-budget proof of concept
And a few extracts from the script

A short talk about
Is that the betrayal of nature is harmful and there is a grave need to rethink our social values, even those we think immutably positive or innocently neutral

Everything else is theorised, more or less licitly theorised, but the observable thing, observable by the mere fact we observe, is the biological purpose. That we cannot dispute. That we sacrifice from the biological purpose for some other likely false, certainly doubtfully arbitrary, constructed purpose instead, it is silly to say the least.
A simple story with a long thought theme, written as very first attempt to make a film. A first Producer and a first time Director, they met all the limitations of a debutante, but at least the writer was a skilled one and could put the whole story in the subtext to retain the crucial moment and give it a theatrical feel. In short, many limitations were met and they were turned in creative choices.

**But chances has a strong message, that out principles, of beauty in this case, are harmful to ourselves, that to think "ends" exist rather than see all as means to something else, is also harmful.
Therefore, "a re-evaluation of values is necessary", is the conviction behind Chances, and the message it wants to leave behind.

What Chances wants to be next is a theater play, retaining its core in the resolutive moment, introduced by a film leading to the need of resolution, with also filmic inserts throughout
